  • Trello Board for Company (general, artifacts = 2 boards)
    • General - open place to put items. These are discussed at the company standup and delegated outward in boards.
    • Artifacts - this board holds decisions that have been made. Things like Mission, Vision, branding decisions. Things that have formal versioning processes.
  • Trello Board for each Team (admin team, web team, android team = 3 boards)
    • ... each team keeps a project specific backlog of items - things that make sense at the functional level

  • Trello Board for each Team Member (4 team members = 4 boards)

    • Ryan has a board for his items
    • ... each other member has a board to do the same

  • Google Calendar

  • Slack
