Reflecting on the last 8-10 years of open-gov, civic tech, gov tech, etc. what stood out were the stories. We understand the world through narrative, so it makes sense that we should give thought to the story of open government.

Story writing, story boarding, and impact mapping are helpful exercises to externalize ideas within a person or group.
